1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website or engaging the services of Pools & Fountain, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services are provided subject to your compliance with these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Pools & Fountain specializes in high-end aquatic engineering, including but not limited to:

• Fiberglass and Concrete Swimming Pool Construction
• Architectural Waterfalls and Fountains
• Industrial Water Treatment Plant Construction
• Maintenance, Repair, and System Upgrades

3. Quotations and Contracts

All quotations provided by Pools & Fountain are valid for a period of 14 days unless otherwise stated. A project is officially commenced only upon receipt of the initial mobilization fee and a signed service agreement. Prices are subject to change based on actual site conditions discovered during excavation or installation.

4. Payment Terms

Engagement for construction projects follows a milestone-based payment structure. Standard milestones include:

• Initial Mobilization / Material Procurement
• Structural Completion (Shell Construction)
• Equipping and Finishing
• Testing and Commissioning

5. Project Timelines

While we strive for architectural speed, estimated completion dates are subject to environmental conditions, weather, and third-party material availability. Pools & Fountain is not liable for delays caused by extreme weather or municipal regulatory shifts.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Structural guarantees on pool shells are provided based on the specific material (Fiberglass vs. Concrete) as defined in the individual project contract. Manufacturer warranties apply to all pumps, filters, and electronic equipment. These warranties are void if any alterations or non-authorized maintenance is performed by third parties.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsables for providing adequate site access, water supply for initial pool filling and testing, and a secure environment for construction materials. Post-commissioning, the client is responsible for standard maintenance, including chemical balancing and debris removal, as prescribed in our handover documentation.

8. Liability Limitation

Pools & Fountain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site accidents beyond our control or the misuse of technical equipment. Our total liability is limited to the value of the specific service provided.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos State.
